Professor Sachweh is a computer scientist, professor of applied software engineering at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and was a member of the German government’s Data Ethics Commission. Her work focuses, on software architecture and the social aspects of digital transformation, for which she has also initiated interdisciplinary projects. She is particularly interested in approaches in which technologies are developed that facilitate the digital transformation or lead to better results. This includes architectures, synthetic data, trust and security.
