RP12 - Evaluation and proposal system for current and relevant literature at the PoC

The aim of the project is to develop a system that automatically evaluates and proposes relevant literature for the PoC. The system should be able to evaluate the relevance of the literature based on the current state of the art and the current research questions of the PoC.
